Improving process & efficiency
Throughout the course of my time in UX, it has always been my goal to increase work efficiency and standardization. My aim isn’t to save money or hours, it’s to make room for additional tasks that may improve a product’s user experience. Additionally, using set processes has helped improve deliverables and strengthen the strategy practice and acumen for the teams I have worked with.

UX philosophy
Nothing is perfect and nothing ever will be. This doesn’t mean we should give up from the start – it means that as UX practitioners we need to constantly learn, iterate, and test. People are constantly changing as their preferred experiences change with them.
